All rooms are the same rate and are for single/double occupancy.  

There is a $25/night per adult charge beyond double occupancy.

A 2-night minimum stay is required during Antique Weekend in June, Antique Week in August and during Hamilton Collage and Colgate University events.

We are unable to accommodate pets.

Check in is between 3:00 and 6:00 pm. unless prior arrangements are made.

Check out is 11:00 am.

All major credit cards accepted.

It's important to us that you feel safe and comfortable when stayin in our home.

• Hand sanitizers have been placed in each room and in the common areas.  Please feel free to use them as needed.  As a courtesy, a travel sized hand sanitizer is provided in each guest room should you need to carry one with you on your daily ventures.

• All guest rooms are cleaned and disinfected after each guest stay. When possible, 24 to 48 hours is allowed to elapse between guests before the rooms are utilized again.

• All linens are laundered in the hottest water possible. 

• High touch areas in the common areas are disinfected frequently.

All rooms are spacious and have a private bath with shower ensuite.  

Free high speed Wi-Fi is accessable throughout the house.

The Butler's Pantry serves as a coffee station where guests can help themselves to coffee or tea at their leisure.  A microwave oven and small refrigerator are also provided in this area for our guests convenience.  

And don't forget to check under the dome for treats!

If you are staying with us in the colder months, please keep in mind that our Victorian home was built in 1882 and can be chilly in the winter.  We will do our best to keep you warm and toasty but you may want to pack an extra sweater, just in case.
